You’re more capable than you think.

lets put it to work.

TFG is about helping people, families, educators and businesses grow, connect and thrive. Based in Hamilton and working across Aotearoa, we bring together four distinct areas of support under one organisation. Lead Together helps leaders and businesses build capability through leadership training, strategic leadership development, HR and business consultancy, and personal and professional development. Early Years supports the people shaping our youngest learners through ECE professional development, mentoring, specialised education and practical support. Create Out Loud gives children aged 0–14 the space to be creative, build confidence and develop skills through programmes and holiday experiences. Whānau Circle brings parents and families together through practical parenting support, connection and a community of parents helping parents. Different people, different needs, one shared purpose: creating the support people need to grow.

Four Branches. One Purpose.

Recognise your capability. Create change. Lift others.

TFG helps people recognise what they’re capable of, turn that capability into meaningful change and lift the people around them.

People thrive when they feel supported, capable and connected. Sometimes that means having an experienced person help clarify what is happening. Sometimes it means developing new knowledge, stronger relationships or the confidence to take the next step.

Whatever brings you to TFG, we begin by looking for what is already strong and build from there.

TFG brings together four distinct areas of work, connected by one belief. People already have capability, and the right support can help them use it.

Better leadership changes more than the workplace.

When leadership is unclear, relationships become strained and capable people begin doubting themselves. Owners carry too much. Managers get stuck administering instead of leading. Teams stop communicating, and cultural differences can become sources of tension rather than strength. Lead Together helps organisations understand what is really happening and decide what to do next.

We work with owners, managers, boards and teams to build clarity, capability, confidence and sustainable working relationships. Our support is practical, tailored and grounded in lived operational experience. We do not deliver a generic workshop and leave you to workout the difficult part alone.
